A handmade, custom-designed product means that our clients take part in the process. Each product is special ordered to meet your expectations for color, design, and feel.

We have included a helpful order form as a guide for creating your Birdstone product. It is not necessary for you to complete the form. When you contact us for your free consultation, we will complete the form as we discuss your design ideas for custom-made leather or silver items. Based on our discussion, we will send you a completed form via fax, e-mail or regular mail for you to review. The creation of your Birdstone design will not begin until you are satisfied with all of the specifications, including the price.

We can be reached by e-mail, phone (normal business hour 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. MST) or mail. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about the order form or other aspects of designing your Birdstone product. Also, you are more than welcome to submit photos or other design materials (e.g., drawings) to help explain what it is that you desire in handmade leather or silver goods.

Since all Birdstone creations are essentially special orders (i.e., not mass produced), we have specifically not listed prices on our website. Even though we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, we do not feel obligated to also attach premium prices. It's just one more thing that you can be sure of when selecting a handmade Birdstone creation.

We may not be able to shake hands on the deal, but rest assured, you're working with artisans in Montana, where one's word is one's bond and reputation means everthing. Shipping for your Birdstone product is available at minimal cost.
